DESCRIPTION:Toki Wright is a two-time Emmy Award-winning MC\, poet\, producer\, and cultural diplomat.  He has received two CLIO Award for advertising with General Mills for the number one worldwide Twitter trending project “Watch the Stove” which was also nominated for a Cannes Lion Award.  Wright is currently the chair of the Professional Music Department at Berklee College of Music in Boston.  Before relocating he was the Department Head of the United States’ first fully accredited Hip-Hop Studies program at McNally Smith College of Music. The program was awarded the “Best Transformative Higher Learning Model” from the Hip-Hop Education Center at NYU. Toki also facilitated seven Twin Cities Celebration of Hip-Hop Festivals and helped establish “Hip-Hop at H.E.A.L.S\,” a program for former child soldiers in Gulu\, Northern Uganda. \n\n\n\n\nToki’s worked with the US State Department\, delivered a TED Talk\, and ran the youth-led nonprofit YO! The Movement\, helping to build community through the arts. Toki is a freelance writer\, radio host and has been a judge for NPR’s Tiny Desk Contest\, and a community organizer. He’s released albums and film through his media company Soul Tools Entertainment that have charted top 50 on MTV\, iTunes\, and more. Wright has performed at events like Coachella\, Rock The Bells and more while sharing stages with the likes of Lizzo\, Terri Lyne Carrington\, Atmosphere\, the late Sean Price\, and J-Live. Toki has released recordings with Talib Kweli\, BJ The Chicago Kid\, and G Yamazawa to name a few.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAshanti (Eva) Isis Juanita (Davenport) is an inspirational soul/RnB artist and community organizer. DESCRIPTION:Roella is a British multi-instrumentalist\, performer and composer of Nigerian and Jamaican heritage. As of June 2024\, she is a recent graduate of the Berklee Global Jazz Institute Masters Programme; in 2023 she was a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Berklee College of Music’s undergraduate programme. In spring 2023 Roella performed with her piano trio at the NAMM show in California and Capitol Turnaround in Washington as a featured artist of the SHEROCKS showcase. Pianistically\, she represented Berklee’s Jazz and Gender Justice Institute at the Reno Jazz Festival\, the Detroit Jazz Festival Collegiate competition and headlined with NEA Jazz Master and grammy-award winner Terri-Lyne Carrington’s band for BAMSfest. \n\n\n\nIn May 2022\, she won the ISJAC prize for Emerging Black Composers; travelling to Austin\, Texas to accept the award and perform with their jazz orchestra. In November 2022\, Roella booked a London Mini-tour for her trio during the London Jazz Festival. Three of five show dates; the Royal Albert Hall\, Ronnie Scott’s and Pizza Express Soho were sold out. Kenny then cut his teeth at mission-driven organizations like the West End House Boys and Girls Club\, Cambridge Youth Programs\, the Cambridge Public Library and more recently\, Now + There\, before joining the Mayor’s Office of Arts and Culture as Chief of Staff. DESCRIPTION:A member of Aquinnah Wampanoag tribe of Martha’s Vineyard MA\, performing songwriter Thea Hopkins calls her music Red Roots Americana. She has been described as a “standout writer” by the Washington Post. In the spring of 2024\, Thea attended the ISPA Congress in Perth Australia as a Western Arts Alliance artist delegate. She was an official showcase artist at the International Indigenous Music Summit in June 2023. Thea was a 2023 recipient of an artist award from the Newport Festivals Foundation. Her song\, “The Ghost Of Emmett Till” was the grand prize winner of the Great American Song Contest in 2021.  \n\n\n\nVenues where Thea has performed include Massey Hall (CN)\, Banff Centre For The Arts (CN) Kennedy Center (DC)\, Woody Guthrie Festival (OK)\, the Moseley Folk Festival (UK)\, the Summertyne Americana Festival (UK) and the Bluebird Cafe (TN). Her new album\, “Here In Our World” is scheduled to be released in September 2024. She first came to wider public notice when Peter\, Paul & Mary recorded her song “Jesus Is On The Wire” in 2004\, and then again in 2010 with the Prague Symphony Orchestra. The program was awarded the “Best Transformative Higher Learning Model” from the Hip-Hop Education Center at NYU. Toki also facilitated seven Twin Cities Celebration of Hip-Hop Festivals and helped establish “Hip-Hop at H.E.A.L.S\,” a program for former child soldiers in Gulu\, Northern Uganda. \n\n\n\n\nToki’s worked with the US State Department\, delivered a TED Talk\, and ran the youth-led nonprofit YO! The Movement\, helping to build community through the arts. Toki is a freelance writer\, radio host and has been a judge for NPR’s Tiny Desk Contest\, and a community organizer. He’s released albums and film through his media company Soul Tools Entertainment that have charted top 50 on MTV\, iTunes\, and more. Wright has performed at events like Coachella\, Rock The Bells and more while sharing stages with the likes of Lizzo\, Terri Lyne Carrington\, Atmosphere\, the late Sean Price\, and J-Live. Toki has released recordings with Talib Kweli\, BJ The Chicago Kid\, and G Yamazawa to name a few.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDe’Jhaun is a singer\, songwriter and producer with heavy gospel and R&B influence. His airy\, yet powerful voice and ambitious vocal style are just the surface of what he has to offer. He wears many hats as a Substitute Teacher for the Springfield and Boston Public School Districts\, the Minister of Music at his home church; New Mercies Church of God in Christ\, and After graduating from Springfield Technical Community College with his associates degree in May of 2021\, he decided to pursue music by applying to Berklee College of Music. He auditioned with an original song that he wrote and produced on his own. In March 2021\, he received his acceptance and began developing himself as a well rounded musician/entertainer simply going by “De’Jhaun”. His music can be described as a taste of heaven. From rock/r&b love songs like Stop Playin’ to introspective spiritual r&b/pop ballads like Open Up\, De’Jhaun’s music will be an inspiration to every generation currently residing on Earth. In April 2024 De’Jhaun started in the Michael Jackson Ensemble at Berklee as a lead. It has always been his dream to pay tribute to his favorite artist. In May 2024 he participated in Berklee’s infamous Commencement Concert which honored Q-Tip\, Gilberto Santa Rosa\, and Ledisi; whom he had the honor to pay tribute to. The next day he graduated from Berklee with a Bachelors Degree in Professional Music and is elated to continue his musical journey as he begins releasing groundbreaking music.
